Our new restricted mobility building is complete, with Occupancy Permit issued Oct 21, 2024.
This building is located in the rear yard of one of our homes on Centennial Crescent. It contains two bedrooms which can accommodate a wheelchair. Also, a full wheelchair accessible bathroom. A social room for all parties on this four house location is also a part of this structure. A great new amenity. There is a second floor in this building which is unfinished at this time and used for storage. In the future other uses may be approved.
The first resident moved in this week. He is totally blind, so not maneuvering stairs in the older homes is an asset. A second resident will move in soon, accommodating a restricted mobility issue.
